Who do I work with?
I work with people of all ages, including individuals, couples, children to elderly people who may be suffering from anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders, panic attacks, low self- esteem, relationship issues, phobias or sleep disorders, to name a few.

I do not believe that one size fits all and with an approach of a variety of techniques within counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and hypnotherapy this will give results that will be accurate and tailored to your needs.
Counselling
Counselling therapy provides you with a confidential and safe environment where you can talk to a trained professional about your emotional issues and problems that are affecting your life and wellbeing. It provides you with tools and strategies of learning how to deal with issues that are affecting your day to day life, family and relationships.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a therapy that can help you to change the way that you think, react and behave to situations around you.
